INTERIOR REGULATION

1 / ADMISSION CONDITION

To be allowed to enter, settle down, and stay at a campground, you must have been authorized by the manager or his representative. No installation is allowed after 9:30 p.m.

It has an obligation to ensure the proper conduct and order of the campground and to respect the application of these internal regulations.

Staying at the campground involves accepting the provisions of this regulation and a commitment to comply with them.

2 / POLICE FORMALITIES

Anyone who must stay at least one night at the campsite must first present the manager with his or her identification and complete the formalities required by the police.

Minors who are not accompanied by their parents will only be admitted with written permission from their parents.

3 / INSTALLATION

The tent or caravan and related equipment must be installed at the designated location in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative.

4 / HOME OFFICE

The host office will find all the information on campground services, information on supply options, sports facilities, the tourist wealth of the surrounding area and various addresses that may be useful.

5 / ROYALTIES

The fees are paid at the reception desk. Their amount is displayed at the entrance to the campground. They are due according to the number of nights spent in the field. Users of the campground are advised to notify the reception desk of their departure the day before the campground. Campers intending to leave before the opening time of the reception office must complete the departure procedures the day before.

6 / NOISE AND SILENCE

Campground users are urged to avoid any noise and discussions that may disturb their neighbours. Sound devices should be adjusted accordingly. Door and chest closures should be as discreet as possible.

Dogs and other animals should never be left at large. They should not be left at the campground, even if locked up in the absence of their masters who are civilly responsible for them. Small needs will be picked up and made outside the campsite in order to respect the cleanliness of the land.

The silence must be total between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

7 / VISITORS

They’re not allowed.

8 / TRAFFIC AND PARKING OF VEHICLES

Inside the campground, vehicles must drive at a speed limit of 10km/h. Traffic is prohibited between 10:30 p.m. and 7 a.m.

Only vehicles belonging to the campers staying in the campground can be driven through the campground. Parking is permitted to a single vehicle per rented location, and must not, in addition, impede traffic or prevent the installation of newcomers.

9 / HOLDING AND RESPECTING FACILITIES

Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could affect the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campground. It is forbidden to throw wastewater on the ground or in the gutters.

Caravanners must empty their wastewater into the facilities provided for this purpose. Household garbage and waste of any kind must be deposited at the entrance to the campground in the dedicated tri-selective space.

Washing is strictly forbidden outside the bins provided for this purpose. Spreading should never be done from the trees. Plantings and floral decorations must be respected. Campers are prohibited from planting nails in trees, cutting branches and planting. It is also not permissible to delineate the location of a facility by personal means, nor to dig the ground. Any degradation committed to vegetation, fences, land or campground facilities will be the responsibility of its author.

The location that was used during the stay should be maintained in the state in which the camper found it when entering the premises.

10 / SECURITY

Fire: Open fires (wood, coal, etc.) are strictly prohibited. A collective barbecue located next to the terrace of the bar is available to campers in free use and respect for cleanliness. Electric stoves and barbecues on feet must be kept in good working order and not used in hazardous conditions. In the event of a fire, notify management immediately. Fire extinguishers can be used when necessary.

Flight: Management is responsible for items deposited at the office and has a general obligation to monitor the campground. The camper retains responsibility for his own installation and must report to the person in charge the presence of any suspicious person. Campground users are advised to take the usual precautions to save their equipment.

11 / GAMES

No violent, or inconvenient, games can be organized near the facilities. Children should always be under the supervision of their parents.

12 / DEAD GARAGE

No dead garages are allowed.

13 / VIOLATION OF DOMESTIC REGULATION

In the event that a camper disturbs the stay of other users or does not comply with the provisions of this internal regulation, the manager may order him to cease the disturbance. In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the internal regulations, the manager may terminate the contract. In the event of a criminal offence, the manager will be able to call in the police.
